Child Advocates, Inc. (CASA)

CASA trains and supports volunteers who are then assigned to the cases of children who have been victims of life-threatening abuse or neglect and have been placed in protective custody.









Children's Center

Children's Center is a private, non-profit medical assessment center. Children are referred to the Center when there is a concern of sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect, and emotional abuse. 


 

Clackamas Women's Center (CWS)

CWS fosters self-empowerment of women and children so that they can establish lives free of domestic and sexual violence.


 

Parrott Creek

Parrott Creek is dedicated to giving troubled teens the tools, skills, and emotional support they need to change and make better choices.  It works with kids and their families to ensure that they can get back on a road to success and a healthier life.


   

Saint Child 

Saint Child exists to serve young women, 14-24, who are in need of support during their pregnancy. Young women from all cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds are welcome.


   

William Temple House

William Temple House gives the immediate support of emergency social services and also provides long-term solutions through mental health counseling and 1:1 dialogue case management services. 


 

Community Support

 

LO Reads

LO Reads provides an enjoyable common reading experience for the entire city of Lake Oswego and promotes the public library as an educational and cultural hub for the community. This program is designed to bring the community together by inviting participants to read a novel and enjoy a series of events which expand on the cultural, social and political themes that tie that novel together.


 



Arts Council of Lake Oswego

The Arts Council of Lake Oswego strives to ensure that the arts will continue to be an integral part of life in the community.  Through diverse programs, it commits to providing free access to fine art exhibits for residents and visitors, promotes the placement and preservation of public art in LO, and provides free docent-led tours.
